Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Mindogo handles information when you browse, play missions, or use an account, and how you can manage it.
1. Service and contact
This policy applies to Mindogo at mindogo.ai. For questions about personal information, accounts, or learning records, contact [email protected].
2. Guest play and local storage
An account is not required to play. This browser stores mission completion, stars, stamps, completion times, and language and sound preferences. Clearing site data, private browsing, or changing browsers may make local records unavailable. Signing out does not automatically clear them. After using a shared device, you can clear Mindogo’s site data in the browser settings.
3. Parent accounts and cloud sync
Accounts are created and managed by a parent, guardian, or adult learner. Registration sends an email address and password to Supabase Authentication for sign-in and essential account emails. When signed in, the account identifier and mission IDs, completion status, stars, stamps, and completion times are used to sync progress across devices. Existing learning records in this browser may merge into the account after sign-in; take care with records on shared devices.
4. Children’s information and game content
Current missions do not ask children for a name, date of birth, school, precise location, photos, or voice recordings. There is no public chat or child profile. Games use local teaching models and do not send children’s actions as prompts to an external generative AI service. We do not sell learning records, use them to build advertising profiles, or use them to train external AI models. Please do not submit unnecessary children’s personal information in account details or support emails.
5. Website operation and service providers
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website and static assets. Supabase provides authentication, the public mission catalog, and storage and sync for account learning records. To deliver content, process requests, and maintain security, these services may process IP addresses, request times, and technical browser or device information. The current site has no advertising or behavioral advertising tracking scripts. Infrastructure may be outside your country or region; processing locations depend on the service configuration.
6. Support and external sources
If you email support, we receive the email address, message, and attachments you choose to send, and use them to address your request. Do not send passwords. External learning sources open their publishers’ websites and are subject to those sites’ policies. Opening the source preview on our homepage does not itself load a third-party PDF or tracking component.
7. Retention, access, and deletion
Local data is stored and managed by your browser. Cloud accounts and associated progress are retained so you can continue using them. To request access, correction, export, or deletion, contact [email protected] from the account email. We will verify necessary account ownership before processing a request and can help you stop further sync. Deleting a cloud account and clearing local browser data are separate actions. Records and backups needed for security or legal obligations may remain under necessary retention arrangements; not every backup is erased immediately.
8. Changes to this policy
If data purposes, providers, or processing practices change materially, we will update this page and give additional notice or seek consent where required. Any future payment, external AI, or other data feature will be described when introduced. This policy does not imply those features are already available.
