1. Service and learning purposes

Mindogo is a product and brand operated by an independent developer, reachable at [email protected]. We use interactive missions to help learners explore how AI works and practice expression, experimentation, and judgment. Missions use simplified teaching models and do not reproduce every mechanism or capability of real AI systems. Completion and stars are not a skills certification or a guarantee of learning outcomes. Content is not professional decision-making advice.

2. Families and accounts

Parents and guardians should help assess whether the content, reading, and controls suit their child. Sync accounts must be created and managed by a parent, guardian, or adult learner. Use an email controlled by the adult account manager and do not let a child manage the login details. On shared devices, existing local records may merge into an account after sign-in. 3. Free access and purchase rights

Missions 01–05 are free and need no account. A purchase includes all currently released missions and future additions to Mindogo’s main mission list. The price is ¥99 in mainland China and a base price of US$14.99 elsewhere: one payment, with no automatic renewal. You will not be charged without actively confirming a purchase. Pricing is based on the purchase region, not the website language. Currency conversion and applicable taxes are reflected in the final total shown before payment. A purchase includes all released Mindogo missions and future additions to Mindogo’s main mission list, at no additional charge. Content still in development and not yet released is not part of the content already delivered at purchase. We do not promise a number, release date, frequency, or ongoing schedule of new missions. Separate products or courses may be sold separately; this does not change the inclusion of future additions to this product’s main mission list for existing buyers. Prices for new orders may change. Existing buyers will not need to pay a price difference or lose the future missions promised with their purchase. Material changes will be published on the site and notified to account users where appropriate. Registration, email verification, or playing free missions is not a purchase. A purchase occurs only after the buyer actively confirms payment with Paddle. Learning-progress retention is described in the Privacy Policy. Purchases require a parent account with a verified email and are linked to that account. Sign in on supported devices to use your access; English and Chinese do not require separate purchases. Each account currently shares one progress record, without separate child profiles. Access is for personal and family use, not resale or public account sharing.

4. Orders, delivery, and refunds

Orders are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, which provides payment, tax handling, and order support. Confirmed payment unlocks access for the Mindogo account used for the purchase. If access does not appear, do not pay again: contact [email protected]. Within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund if Mindogo is not a fit, even if you have played missions. Email [email protected] with your purchase email and order reference, if available, or contact Paddle through paddle.net. Once refunded, paid access granted by that order ends; free missions and existing learning progress remain. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by this period.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attack or disrupt the service, attempt to access another person’s account or records, or use the service to infringe others’ rights. Except where applicable law permits it, do not copy, scrape, or redistribute product content at scale without permission. Search indexing and answer citations of the public product pages, learning catalog, and references are permitted under the published crawl rules; this does not authorize copying complete game content.

6. Works and references

Mindogo’s brand, visual design, mission content, and code are protected by applicable law. Referenced papers, reports, documentation, and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights and terms. A citation does not mean its authors or institutions participate in, certify, or endorse Mindogo.

7. Availability and records

Mindogo is a browser product that requires an internet connection. A one-time purchase means no subscription renewal, not a promise of perpetual hosting or uninterrupted service. If we plan to close the service, where reasonably possible we will give at least 30 days’ notice on the site and by account email, stop accepting new orders, and provide progress export guidance and appropriate refund or other remedies. Statutory rights remain unaffected. Network, browser, device, or service failures can affect access and sync. Local records may be lost when browser data is cleared. We address reasonably reported faults. Where appropriate, restrictions for account abuse will include an explanation and a way to contact us. Compliant users will not lose purchased rights merely because general terms or prices change.

8. Changes, feedback, and statutory rights

Material changes to these terms will be published here, with additional notice where required. The content and rights of any future purchase will be governed by the terms shown and accepted before payment. For questions about use or content, contact [email protected].
